New York’s Manhattan Chinatown is still reeling from the Covid-19 pandemic after two years. Rose Wu, the manager of the restaurant New Shanghai Deluxe, said her business had been slightly improving last summer, until the Omicron variant hit. Now, she expects fewer sales during the upcoming Lunar New Year.
