The exact number of dead is not yet known after severe flooding and landslides on the Indonesian island of Sumatra. According to the Indonesian disaster management agency, at least 400 people are still missing. The provinces of Aceh, North Sumatra and West Sumatra have been particularly hard hit, with around 290,000 people losing their homes and now in need of assistance.
