Hontiveros pushes El Niño-ready budget

SEN. Risa Hontiveros is pushing for a super El Niño-ready and responsive 2027 national budget, calling on government agencies and local government units (LGUs) to strengthen measures to protect the public from extreme heat, water shortages and threats to public health.
