Turkey is supporting Iraqi attempts to combat ISIS threats to Kirkuk, other regions

Turkey has interests in Kirkuk and the city of Tal Afar. The Turkish Ministry of Defense said, “We welcome Iraq’s reinforcement of outposts and observation posts along the border."
