DSWD lauds ex-4Ps child who won int'l young ecofeminist award

MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) congratulated Monitte Lantas, a former monitored child of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) who received the Irene Dankelman Young Ecofeminist Award at the United Nations Biodiversity Conference.
