LTO revokes licenses of taxi drivers in ‘gas-and-run’ case

THE Land Transportation Office (LTO) has revoked the licenses of two taxi drivers involved in a gas-and-run racket, a form of theft where a motorist pulls up to a gas station, has their vehicle's fuel tank filled by an attendant, and then drives off without paying.
