Dagupan suspends face-to-face classes in public schools due to extreme heat

DAGUPAN CITY — The city government of Dagupan has suspended face-to-face classes in all elementary and secondary public schools on Thursday, Nov. 5, due to extreme heat conditions associated with the Super El Niño phenomenon.
