DepEd reports improved reading levels under ARAL program

MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Education (DepEd) reported a decrease from 6.7 million to 4.5 million in the number of learners with reading difficulties under its Academic Recovery and Accessible Learning (ARAL) program.
