OSG to ask court to review unprogrammed funds ruling

MALACAÑANG said Tuesday that the Office of the Solicitor General (OSG) would submit today, Nov. 4, a motion for reconsideration to the Supreme Court on its ruling that the 2024 and 2025 General Appropriations Acts were unconstitutional due to unauthorized increases in unprogrammed funds.
