Corpse dumped in NYC trash bag found by homeless scavenger looking for scrap metal

The scavenger found the stuffed trash bag outside a church and dragged it down the block – to the corner of East 93rd Street and Avenue L in Canarsie – where he opened the sack and made the grisly discovery around 9:20 a.m., according to authorities and sources.
