People in Iran were able to access more than 1,500 Binance accounts last year, allowing the transfer of $1.7 billion to flow from two accounts to the Islamic regime’s terror proxies in a potential violation of global sanctions, the New York Times reported on Monday, based on company records and documents collected by internal investigators.
