After 7 years of agony, NY mom discovers C-section surgeons left a needle in her belly: lawsuit

Jana Petriganova DeGregoris, who herself is a nurse at Mount Sinai, and her husband Gerard DeGregoris are suing the Manhattan hospital along with doctors Isabel Blumberg, Philip Torina and Scott Nguyen over the 3.8 cm needle found inside her abdomen – which she claims cost her years of unexplained agony.
