'Cockroach' protesters demand India's election chief resign over voter list changes

NEW DELHI — Hundreds of supporters of India's “Cockroach” youth movement held new protests in the country's financial hub of Mumbai on Friday to demand the resignation of the chief election commissioner over the revision of voter lists.
