Fair weather in Luzon; rains, thunderstorms over Visayas, Mindanao — Pagasa

MANILA, Philippines — Parts of Visayas and Mindanao may experience cloudy skies, scattered rains and thunderstorms due to the weather system associated with a severe tropical storm, internationally named, Choi-wan, the state weather bureau said on Friday.
