Lookout order vs 13 ‘smugglers’ sought

The Bureau of Customs (BOC) asked the Department of Justice (DOJ) to issue an Immigration Lookout Bulletin Order (ILBO) against 13 people facing criminal complaints over alleged agricultural smuggling, allowing immigration authorities to monitor their international travel while the cases are investigated.
