Police have arrested a contract killer who had accepted a contract from an underworld leader and drug smuggler living overseas to kill an informant who had provided a tip-off for the seizure of a large-scale drug haul at Kirinda Beach in 2025, and place the deceased’s head in front of the house of ASP Rohan Olugala, who was conducting the relevant investigations when he was attached to the North Western Crime Division at the time of the crackdown.
