WHILE we are bogged down in traffic, hoping for solutions to our mobility problem in the way that progressive cities have done — providing affordable and efficient mass public transportation like trains, subways, and because we have a river, ferries, it seems to be an unreachable dream. We are stuck in the Third World where inequality reigns as resources are used by the few to the detriment of the many.
