Armed Forces of the Philippines spokesman Col. Francel Padilla on Wednesday said the former Marines who came forward as ‘bagmen’ of former lawmaker Zaldy Co acted on their own capacity since leaving the service. She emphasized that the AFP only gives security detail to the president and vice president and not to lawmakers.
