BACOLOD CITY — The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) will disburse a total of P1.9 billion in Emergency Cash Transfers (ECT) before the end of 2026, reaching approximately 190,000 small sugarcane farmers and workers across Negros Occidental, Negros Oriental, and other affected provinces, Secretary Rex Gatchalian said.
