ON Feb. 11, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved the merger of Honda Philippines Inc. (HPI), motorcycle manufacturer, and Honda Parts Manufacturing Corp. (HPMC), with HPI as the surviving entity. Following the SEC’s approval, the two companies will operate as a single, unified organization.
