We chose to fly British Airways first class for the first time, with expectations of great service and amazing food. Sadly it was a huge disappointment – the food was well below economy class, the seat was small and cramped. To make matters worse, we also faced a battle to be allowed into the first class lounge at Heathrow before our flight to Europe.
