2 of 4 BARMM parliamentary district winners in Basilan proclaimed

ISABELA CITY, Basilan — The Basilan Provincial Board of Canvassers (PBOC) formally proclaimed on Tuesday afternoon two of the four district representative winners in the province who will sit as members of the Bangsamoro Parliament.
