LAMITAN CITY — Key officials of the Government of the Philippines (GPH) and Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) commanders, local chief executives and election officials converged here on Monday and signed a formal pledge of commitment to ensure a peaceful and credible electoral process on Sept. 14.
