COTABATO CITY — The Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) has invited the Embassy of Turkey to witness the conduct of the maiden parliamentary elections set on September 14 for the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM), in furtherance of the International Monitoring Team’s (IMT’s) role in ensuring the success of the peace process between the MILF and the Philippine government.
