Bayanihan spirit shines as Zambales mounts large-scale relief operations

BOTOLAN, Zambales – Relief goods arrived in the eastern villages of Botolan on Sunday, Sept. 6, as the provincial government of Zambales mounted a large-scale operation to address the needs of residents severely affected by the relentless rains brought by the southwest monsoon or habagat.
