San Marcelino LGU postpones relief operations due to lahar threat

SAN MARCELINO, Zambales – The local government of San Marcelino has postponed the scheduled relief operations in Barangay Sta. Fe on Friday, Aug. 28, due to unsafe conditions along the Sto. Tomas River.
