BAGUIO CITY — The Department of the Interior and Local Government–Cordillera Administrative Region (DILG-CAR) strengthened efforts to improve local infrastructure governance through an action-planning session held as part of the Local Infrastructure Training for Baguio City: Infrastructure Audit in the Urban Setting and Strengthening Project Management recently at the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office building.
