President Marcos has ordered the round-the-clock monitoring of Magat Dam in Isabela and Pantabangan Dam in Nueva Ecija. This is to ensure the safety of downstream communities amid continuous heavy rainfall. National Irrigation Administration reported that the water levels of both dams are within normal levels. The agency said no spillway gates were open at either dam, and no spillway discharge had been recorded.
