The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) is the executive agency that undertakes the planning of infrastructure and the design, construction, and maintenance of national roads and bridges and major flood systems. The department aims at providing and managing quality infrastructure facilities and services responsive to the needs of the Filipino people in pursuit of national development.
