P21M smuggled cigarettes confiscated in Sipalay City

BACOLOD CITY — Authorities intercepted a large shipment of undocumented cigarettes valued at P21 million and arrested seven individuals during a joint seaborne operation in the waters off Sipalay City, Negros Occidental, on Saturday.
