DPWH Secretary Vince Dizon said they need to identify the contractor behind the collapsed Forbes Park wall to exact accountability. On Saturday, Dizon said the wall that fell was built with substandard materials. The collapsed wall occupied 2 lanes of the northbound side of EDSA, which caused traffic.
