BAGUIO CITY — The city government here conducted a Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council (Badac) Training Workshop recently at the City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office building to strengthen the capacity of barangay officials in leading the city’s campaign against illegal drugs and promoting safer, more orderly communities in the Summer Capital.
