Every few years, Greater Dandenong Council gets calls and emails asking them why they've destroyed a popular public garden bed."We definitely get some feedback from people who are very surprised, shocked, dismayed even, that we 'killed' the garden," says Patrick Calazy, the environmental engagement team leader at the Greater Dandenong City Council.
