CEBU CITY — The city council has ordered a joint legislative inquiry into school safety following a viral video of two Grade 7 students in a fistfight and a series of recent security threats targeting educational institutions, aiming to determine whether existing child protection and anti-bullying measures are sufficient to protect learners.
