CEBU CITY — Amid growing criticism over the potential environmental and resource impacts of large-scale artificial intelligence (AI) data centers, Cebu City is open to hosting an AI hub similar to the proposed Pax Silica project in Central Luzon as it positions itself to attract future technology investments.
