Marco Rubio, the US secretary of state, told reporters at the state department on Tuesday that there had been "progress made in [Iran] talks, but not finality yet". He added: "We're hoping that will happen very shortly." US President Donald Trump said on Monday that this was the "last chance" for Iran to come to an agreement "before decapitation".
