LINGAYEN, Pangasinan - Governor Ramon Guico III has ordered the suspension of classes at all levels in both public and private schools and work in government offices across Pangasinan on Tuesday as Tropical Depression Luis and the enhanced southwest monsoon threaten to bring heavy rains, flooding and landslides.
