CEBU CITY — City Mayor Nestor Archival welcomed President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.'s mention of the Cebu Bus Rapid Transit (CBRT) in his fifth State of the Nation Address (SONA), saying it reinforces confidence that the flagship transport project will move forward despite continuing right-of-way hurdles delaying its expansion.
