CEBU CITY — Cebu Gov. Pamela Baricuatro defended her attendance at the fifth State of the Nation Address (SONA) of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., saying her presence at the annual event was part of her responsibility as a regional development leader and a sign of respect for the Office of the President.
