GUAM — A Northern Mariana Islands lawmaker with Filipino roots joined other Marianas officials in renewing calls to include the Philippines in the Guam-CNMI Visa Waiver Program, saying the proposal would not only boost tourism and businesses but also reconnect families separated by immigration barriers.
