BAMBANG, Nueva Vizcaya — The Isinay Indigenous Cultural Communities and Indigenous Peoples (Isinay ICC/IP) of Bambang have asked the National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP) to cancel a certificate of non-overlap (CNO) and to order the immediate suspension of operations of the 8-megawatt Matuno Hydroelectric Dam in Barangay Manamtam.
