THE other day’s headline says: “POTUS Trump to Marcos in a phone call: Will take up with Xi your sea dispute worries.” It sounds, to me, like a top bully is coming to the aid of a bully victim. No one needs to read further than that to feel like the monkey that the Filipino is cartooned to be, raised in a cage by colonial masters.
