MANILA, Philippines — The National Institute for Transparency and Accountability (NITA) urged an end to the blame game over the former temporary garbage disposal site in Barangay Naugsol, Subic, Zambales, saying all parties acted in good faith during the Covid-19 pandemic and should now work together to rehabilitate the area.
