Senator-Judge Raffy Tulfo questions Presiding Officer Francis Escudero over the alleged unequal enforcement of the two-minute speaking limit for senator-judges during the impeachment trial of Vice President Sara Duterte. Tulfo said the bell immediately rang when his two minutes were up, while some senator-judges were allegedly allowed to speak beyond the time limit.
