For the past 15 years, the Virgin Labfest (VLF) Writing Fellowship Program has served as one of the country’s most important platforms for developing new Filipino playwrights. More than a workshop on dramatic writing, it is a creative incubation program that discovers fresh voices, nurtures original stories, and strengthens Philippine theatre by investing in the next generation of storytellers.
