MANKAYAN, Benguet — Benguet Gov. Melchor Diclas, Vice Gov. Rose Fongwan-Kepes and members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan (Provincial Board) visited Barangay Bulalacao and Barangay Guinaoang on Thursday to inspect the exploration site of Crescent Mining and Development Corp. (CMDC) as residents continued their peaceful protest against the project.
