CITY OF MALOLOS — In recognition of his dedication to public service, Bulacan Gov. Daniel Fernando was honored as one of the recipients of the Duyah Ka Ng Magiting Awards 2026 held recently at the AFP Commissioned Officers Club House, Tejeros Hall, Camp General Emilio Aguinaldo, Quezon City, as part of the celebration of the 128th Philippine Independence Day.
