President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on June 9, 2026 leads the commissioning of BRP Rajah Lakandula (PS-21), the country's second offshore patrol vessel (OPV) which is expected to boost the Philippine Navy's capability to conduct more patrols in the West Philippine Sea.
