Erwin Tulfo apologizes to Senate employees and workforce following recent outburst

MANILA, Philippines — Sen. Erwin Tulfo on Monday apologized to Senate employees after he warned them that for those who will not follow the new leadership of acting Senate president Win Gatchalian will be investigated and could be charged with insubordination.
