Diokno Blvd. partially closed amid Senate hearing

MANILA, Philippines — A portion of Diokno Boulevard in Pasay City was closed to traffic on Monday as the Senate held another hearing on the testimonies of 18 alleged former Marines, with motorists advised to take alternate routes.
